RiteCare Medical Products was founded on December 1, 1995. From the day we opened we took very seriously the obligation we have to our patients and are committed above all to providing the highest level of quality care. Our vision is to be recognized as a leading home healthcare system in New York.

 

We have strived to become a leader in our industry quite often accomplishing what several of the larger organizations have been unable to accomplish. We maintain a one on one relationship with our customers and make every effort to keep open the lines of communication giving our patients a sense of security and confidence in an otherwise troublesome time. We treat each individual with dignity and respect while working to restore and maintain the health of their mind, body and spirit.

           
We take pride in setting high goals for ourselves. In 1996, we decided to become Joint Commission Accredited. We started the process of transforming our company into a JACHO approved organization and went for our survey in May of 1997. We were not only given accreditation but we achieved accreditation with accommodation. In May of 2000, we underwent a second JACHO survey and once again we demonstrated our high levels of customer service and patient satisfaction. In April of 2003, we were surveyed for a third time and once again we were able to shine.
