As its name implies, Rite-Hite Machine Guarding will continue to focus production on its industry-leading machine guarding products, including automated barrier doors, industrial fencing and retractable curtains for robotic and automated welding processes in metal manufacturing, automotive, material handling, paper/packaging, and plastics, among other industries. Brand names for these products include Defender, Flashfold, Vertiguard, SlideAir, Rollshield, Rollshield Side-To-Side, X-Ten, and Roboguard Fence. Frommelt Safety’s Automated Barrier Doors, including the GUARDIAN DEFENDER, Roll-Top, FlashFold and Vertiguard, protect personnel from hazards associated with your manufacturing processes. Coupled with optional PLe per EN/ISO 13849-1 specifications (Cat. 4) safety devices these automated barrier doors ideal protection by restricting access and guarding against process driven hazards. All of our Automated Barrier Doors are an ideal alternative to light curtains and area scanners. These machine guarding doors are designed for applications in robotic welding/fixed automation, production lines, machine centers, robotic machine tending applications, cutting systems, environmental separation, clean room applications, CNC routers and anywhere human/machine interface exists.
