River City Housing is a non-profit, housing developer.  We've been around since 1992, thanks to the three founding community ministries:  Crescent Hill, St Matthews, and East Louisville.  We have developed single-family homes in many Louisville neighborhoods.   We rehab roughly 12-15 homes a year and occasionally we'll build from the ground up.

RCH is funded in large part by HUD HOME funds through Louisville Metro Government.

In 2017,  RCH received a $210,000 Impact Investment from the Community Foundation of Louisville.
