Company has expanded over the years from three employees in 1971 to 125 in 1998.  Current employee count is 60.  Sales have grow from $100,000 to $7.5m in 2008.  Attributed to office in Central Oregon 1994 to 2003 and the purchase of three other roofing companies over the years.  Scaffold division generated extra employment and sales.  In 2009 still have a backlog of 5 months of work.  Company has scaled down operations to become leaner while still generating a good profit.
