River Services Company, LLC. provides Commercial Blackwater Divers, Salvage & Emergency Response services to the Gulf of Mexico, Paducah, KY & Memphis, TN. River Services utilizes USACE, USCG, and OSHA certified personnel that perform federal regulated projects not limited to, but including lock and dam work, and the construction and maintenance for power plants and marine facilities. We are very well versed with all USCG, USACE, and OSHA regulations as well as being involved regularly with governmental regulators (EPA, DEQ, USCG, ABS, State Police, etc.). We also have commercial blackwater divers trained as surveyors/consultants certified in ICS/CPR/First Aid/OSHA/MED TECH/BAT/UAC.
