Riverside Center for Innovation (RCI) is a nonprofit organization located in Pittsburgh's North Side. Founded in 1983 as the North Side Industrial Development Company, it now operates as Riverside Center for Innovation and functions as a full-service small business incubator serving Southwestern Pennsylvania. Situated within Pittsburgh's Technology Zone and Central KIZ designations, the center provides a single point of contact for aspiring and growing entrepreneurs to access information and support they need to start, sustain, and expand their ventures. 

RCI focuses on supporting women, minority, veteran, LGBTQ, and other disadvantaged entrepreneurs. The organization aims to help these business owners overcome early obstacles and gain mentorship and practical guidance to mature their operations. In June 2024, RCI announced a partnership with Neighborhood Community Development Fund to assist diverse-background entrepreneurs through mentorship and related development support.
