Riverwood Healthcare Center in Northern Minnesota is a clinic and hospital system that is recognized on both the state and national level for clinical excellence. Riverwood has been nationally recognized as a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital five times.

Our 25-bed hospital with all single-occupancy patient rooms offers a unique healing environment. The private birthing center has three spacious suites with sofa sleepers, whirlpool tub and other amenities.

Three primary care clinics in Aitkin, Garrison and McGregor offer access to a wide range of experienced family practice and internal medicine doctors, nurse practitioners and advanced care practitioners.  Urgent Care is available at the Aitkin clinic, Monday-Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Our Specialty Clinic in Aitkin offers a wide variety of specialists treating diseases and conditions, keeping care close to home.
