Riverworks Development Corporation (RDC) is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization formed in 1992 in response to the closing of the old American Motors Corporation facility in Milwaukee's northeast industrial corridor.  The organization has programs that focus on business and housing development in the 53212 zip code, and Riverworks also focuses extensively on helping train and place Milwaukee residents into jobs while providing benefits and financial coaching at the same time.

RDC also administers two Business Improvement Districts (Riverworks BIDs #25 and #36).
