RJD Partners ('RJD'​) is an independent private equity investor focused on lower mid-market companies in the business services, leisure and healthcare sectors in the UK. RJD provides equity investment solutions for buyouts, growth capital and restructurings and typically invests between £5 million and £40 million of equity in individual opportunities. Founded in 2001, RJD has raised funds totalling in excess of £250 million and is currently investing its second fund, RJD Private Equity Fund II. Existing Fund II investments include Character World, an award-winning supplier of licensed character household textiles and furniture; Verdant Leisure, an owner and operator of UK caravan and lodge parks; and Chemigraphic, one of the largest independent full service electronic manufacturing services providers in the UK.
