Sustainability Focus RJM Design Group emphasizes sustainability with LEED Accredited Professionals and an approach that integrates program, site character, community needs, sustainability, and safety. This indicates potential for collaborations on eco-friendly public spaces, green infrastructure, and resilient landscape architecture projects.

Public Sector Engagement Active involvement with city and public agencies (e.g., Pasadena, Burbank) and community planning initiatives signals strong fit for municipal park, downtown, and civic campus projects. This presents opportunities for grants-led planning, master planning, and public outreach engagements.

Community Planning Recent collaborations on promontory restoration, bird sanctuary areas, and public engagement workshops show capacity in community-driven projects, placemaking, and stakeholder-inclusive design, aligning with opportunities for waterfronts, trails, and park systems redevelopment.

Technology Enablement Utilization of video conferencing and 3D modeling for project communications points to a capability to deliver virtual design reviews, immersive presentations, and rapid iteration, which can be marketed to agencies seeking efficient stakeholder engagement and remote collaboration.

Growth Readiness With a revenue range of one to ten million and a multi-disciplinary team, RJM is positioned to scale through multi-project public sector awards, joint ventures, and expanded services for larger municipal frameworks, offering upsell opportunities in design, landscape architecture, and planning.
