RJS Pest Management specializes in providing pest management services to commercial facilities in the New York City area. We are a family owned company that was founded with the single mindset of providing a superior pest control service to our commercial customers by providing unparalleled attention to detail, pro-active communication, overall professionalism and customer support.
 
RJS’ founders started out in the pest control business with one of the country’s larger pest control operators many years ago and soon learned that most pest control operators take their customers for granted after their first few months of service. RJS realizes that our customers are the reason we’re in business, and without them, there is no business. Therefore we treat our customers’ facilities as if they were our own. We have built our business with the mindset that if we take care of our customers by providing them an honest service each and every visit and communicate regularly with them, that our customers will return the favor in terms of loyalty and referrals. 

In contrast to many of our competitors our attention is not focused in sales and marketing but on providing good pest control service. You will not hear our name on the radio or see us on TV. We invest our resources in hiring the best technicians for each and every job and never settle for unproven technicians as they pose a risk for our business as well as our customers. We believe in reinvesting our resources in our customers, our people and our equipment rather than advertising campaigns. We believe that our commitment and dedication to an honest quality service will reap better long term returns in customer loyalty than the typical “revolving door” of customers at most other Pest Control Companies.
