RK Valuation Advisory LLC was founded by Ryan Kinahan to fulfill valuation and appraisal needs with personalized attention to client’s circumstances.

Based out of Richmond, Virginia, we employ and consult with a network of accredited valuation professionals across eight major domestic cities and ten international locations. We work with experts specializing in 1) real property, 2) tangible fixed assets, and 3) business / intangible valuations. With this footprint we efficiently serve local and international firms, offering worldwide experience with local expertise.

Our experience includes valuing assets ranging from $100,000 transportation fleets, all the way up to mine sites, manufacturers, chemical facilities, and billion dollar conglomerates.

We perform valuations for a wide range of reasons, including:
