RMD Construction LLC was founded in January of 2016 by Bob DiCostanzo, with 35 years of diverse construction experience, to provide general contracting services to the self storage industry.  In the short time since then, RMD has completed or has underway ground-up and renovation projects totaling over 2,600,000 square feet and over $100,000,000 in construction cost. 

From single story facilities, to large multi-story climate controlled facilities, RMD is known as an expert in self storage construction and has the capability to assist our clients throughout the U.S. We are currently licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nevada, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and Wisconsin.
