25 Years of Empowering Future Leaders! Our mission is to inspire and empower all young people to take control of their future. For a quarter-century, RTS has helped young people grow in confidence and resilience. As we mark 25 years, we recommit to building compassionate changemakers. RTS provides year-round programming including after-school (Pre-K–8), summer camps, community schools, and cornerstone programs. We prepare older youth through youth employment programs (SYEP, WLG, Learn & Earn) and college & career exploration, including planning, campus visits, goal setting, and leadership development. RTS delivers holistic support beyond academics, building confidence, community, social-emotional skills, and clear pathways to the future. At RTS, we are grounded in a culture of belonging, mentorship, and opportunity that connects youth, families, and communities. Our approach is rooted in building confident, capable, and future-ready youth. We foster a growth mindset that encourages resilience and learning through challenge, paired with project-based experiences that connect classroom learning to real-world problem solving. Social Emotional Learning is embedded across all programs, equipping students with the skills to navigate school, work, and relationships. Together, these practices reinforce a strong college-going culture that expands access, aspiration, and pathways to post-secondary success.
