Having started in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, we now now serve nationwide.  Our newest feature, RoadsideRewards.com affords us the ability of delivering to the multifamily housing industry a way to marry the need for cost effective internet advertising, and cutting edge community services. 

We accomplish this though Resident Loyalty Rewards Program.  It is an internet mega-mall with over one thousand national retailers.  These retailers have been trying to penetrate the captive market of the multifamily housing industry for years and the internet has made it possible.  

The great thing about this is the retailers are saving so much money that they pass on the savings to your residents, and we receive a small commission with every purchase so management companies have a nominal one time set up fee.  Then as long as the internet lives they have a great advertising avenue and a fantastic community service.
