Roanoke Regional Partnership is a regional economic development organization based in Roanoke, Virginia, founded in 1983. It leads the planning, strategy, and implementation of programs and policies aimed at growing the region’s economy while preserving its quality of life. By coordinating efforts across multiple local jurisdictions, it seeks to strengthen and market the area's assets to foster meaningful job opportunities. The partnership represents the counties of Alleghany, Botetourt, Franklin, and Roanoke, the cities of Roanoke, Covington, and Salem, and the Town of Vinton. In 2022, it partnered with the Western Virginia Workforce Development Board to implement a regional talent strategy focused on talent development, attraction, and retention in the Roanoke Valley and Alleghany Highlands.
