At Rob Tracy Consulting, I work with the leadership teams of small and mid-size organizations to help them achieve their goals.  My services fall into two broad categories.

First, I help design and implement a custom-tailored operating system for the business.  The operating system is the set of principles, practices, tools, and philosophies to run the business.  Unlike canned approaches, like EOS®, I'll help to design a system that meets a company's unique requirements.  Working together, we'll find the right balance of simplicity vs. complexity, rigor vs. flexibility, and bias for action vs. thoughtfulness.
