The Rochester Regional Health Total Sports Experience facilities are Rochester and Western New York's finest sports and recreation complexes.  Our first facility opened in 2001 on the city's westside in Gates.  In 2013 we opened our second location on the eastside of town in East Rochester.  We offer leagues, instructional programs, tournaments, and training sessions in most sports including soccer, lacrosse, football, and more. All indoor fields feature Max Play artificial turf.

Gates Facility - With a 127,500 square feet indoor facility and 40 acres of outdoor fields, Total Sports Experience is the ultimate sports venue! Inside two 85' by 185' boarded fields, a 50 yard by 80 yard boardless field, two multi-purpose training areas, and basketball court offer the best in soccer, lacrosse, football and field hockey action. Outside 14 fields, two covered pavillions, and restroom facilities make TSE one of the largest outdoor sports complexes in the northeast.   Top class sports and fitness training for teams and individuals with professional instructors are featured in the programs offered by our fitness center TSE FItness. The latest in Cybex, selectorized and cardio vascular equipment provides families and athletes with the most efficient training environment.

East Rochester Facility - Our eastside location is a smaller facility featuring a 85' by 167' boarded field and an 85' by 127' training field.  Both fields have roof netting to allow for live baseball and softball hitting. Similar to the Gates facility, two community rooms are availble for team meetings, birthday parties, amd special events.
