Based in Rochester, New York, the Rochester Regional Library Council is a regional network that serves libraries and library systems across five counties in the Rochester region: Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Wayne, and Wyoming. It is one of nine regional library councils in New York, with members that include academic, public, school (K-12), corporate, non-profit, and medical libraries.
RRLC provides programs and services that improve cooperation, enhance service delivery, and expand resource sharing among member libraries, while offering a forum for the unified representation of library interests. In 2021 RRLC collaborated with Causewave Community Partners to help member libraries strengthen branding, governance, values alignment, marketing, communications, and fundraising planning.
