Rock Hill Residential Group, founded in January of 2012, is a boutique real estate company specializing in sales, rentals and property management in the Greater Boston area.

The company was founded by Peter Racheotes, a native of Brighton, MA and local resident for over 35 years. Peter is the Broker/Owner and has been  a full time real estate professional since 2004. He has specialized in residential sales and rentals in the Greater Boston and Metro West areas. His experience includes a wide variety of clients including first time home buyers & sellers, seasoned real estate investors, developers, tenants and landlords. Prior to his real estate career, Peter worked for over 7 years for an Engineering/Design firm specializing in the engineering design, fabrication and installation of industrial steel smoke stacks throughout North America. He is a graduate of Boston Latin School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, Durham.
