Our core areas include DESIGN, with expertise in land development, site retrofits, and utility planning; GEOSPATIAL, including surveying, 3D scanning, sUAS, and GPS; and MUNICIPAL SERVICES, such as utility coordination, construction inspection, permit reviews, infrastructure data collection, and field testing services.

As a long standing Philadelphia business, Rodriguez is certified as a Local Business Enterprise (LBE) and Small Business in the City of Philadelphia. Since 2007, we have also held the City’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification and remain certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
