We have set out on a journey to reimagine the CPA Firm.  We started by first looking inside at our structure and people.  And then outward at the way we connect with clients.  Our willingness to evolve has changed perspectives.  We ended the billable hour, became closer to our clients, and gave purpose to our employees.  

Fixed Value Pricing Agreements provided the necessary framework to make this happen.  By removing the billable hour obstacle, it opened the lines of communication and allowed us to support our clients on a timely basis.
