Our firm, established in January 2000, is highly specialized in public utility matters.  Our principals have decades of regulatory and administrative experience.  Our expertise includes administering state and federal universal services funds, providing expert testimony on behalf of public agencies and drafting orders in regulatory proceedings. We provide specialized service on public utility issues.  We have provided solutions to the regulatory and administrative problems associated with telecommunications, electric, natural gas, water and sewer utilities.  We have a notable specialization in telecommunications matters.  For example, we have designed, implemented and administered both federal and state telecommunications universal service programs.  We have analyzed the competitive status of regulated markets and have developed rate designs that allow utilities the opportunity to compete where competition exists and protects consumers where competition does not exist.  We have helped prepare filings with federal agencies.

We do not stop at public utilities though.  We have a wide-range of experience in government administration, public savings programs, record-keeping and serving the customers.  We offer a wide range of services for all industries.
