Rolling Ridge Conference and Retreat Center operates as a hospitality venue housed on a historic estate along a lakeside peninsula in North Andover, New England. It functions as a ministry of the United Methodist Church, offering a setting for retreats, conferences, meetings, and catered events. The property blends classic architecture with Fletcher Steele-designed gardens, and a cobbled stone courtyard that invites a sense of place. Its spaces accommodate a range of programs, from formal indoor meeting rooms to open-air areas, with green grass, tree-shaded breakout spaces, and lakeside trails.

Meals are prepared with fresh, seasonal produce from the on-site farm and served overlooking the lake in the Lakeside Gallery, which features rotating artwork from the Andovers' Art Guild. The center provides meeting room rentals, overnight group events, outdoor space rentals, dining and catering, and overall facility rental. In 2021 Rolling Ridge launched Divine Friendships, a monthly series exploring Christian contemplative and devotional classics, reflecting its ongoing programming focus. Based in North Andover, Massachusetts, the organization serves groups and individuals seeking reflective, purpose-driven gatherings in a tranquil, historic setting.
