The Rollins School of Public Health is the public health component of Emory University, concentrating on graduate education and research in public health. Founded in 1990, it enrolls more than 1,100 students in master's programs and over 100 in doctoral programs, drawing participants from all 50 states and more than 40 countries. The school is organized into six departments—behavioral sciences and health education, biostatistics, environmental health, epidemiology, health policy and management, and global health—and hosts a number of interdisciplinary centers, with dual-degree pathways linking to Emory's other schools. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, it conducts research across areas such as infectious disease modeling, nutrition and chronic disease, cancer causation and control, and social determinants of health. In 2026, Emory announced a joint Rollins-Goizueta Master in Health Administration set to launch in Fall 2026.
