In 2023, Romulus transformed Centre Court Shopping Centre into Wimbledon Quarter, a 315,000 sq ft mixed-use destination with occupiers such as Boots, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Oliver Bonas, Superdrug, The Little Gym, Third Space and WH Smith and continues to lead sustainable placemaking with initiatives like The Rooftop Farm and The Wimble online paper.
