At Roots of Peace, our mission is to restore economic vitality by creating livelihood opportunities in post-conflict regions.

We help some of the world’s most vulnerable local economies to recover after conflict. We support individuals and communities to revitalize businesses and livelihoods by removing remnants of war, improving farming methods, and facilitating market linkages. Our programs have impacted over 1 million farmers and their families in countries such as Afghanistan, Vietnam, Croatia, Israel and the West Bank.
