Rose Law Firm is a boutique law firm with offices in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. We have been solving complex corporate and commercial business problems for middle-market companies in the Pacific Northwest since 2012.

Rose Law Firm provides practical legal solutions to the complex and shifting legal needs of successful companies and their owners. Our practice focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Ownership Transitions, Litigation and Dispute Resolution (particularly between business owners), and General Business Legal Services.
