We approach every case as if it is headed for trial, but we also do everything possible so the case settles before trial for the maximum amount. While we are happier in the courtroom than the office, for our clients the certainty of a settlement is frequently better than the risks posed by trial.

We often develop professional relationships and friendships that last long after a particular case has resolved. A client is much more than a discrete business relationship to us.
