In 2005, our founder, Hunt Rounsavall, a practicing attorney in Kentucky since 1998, had a vision: to develop a new brand of real estate title company to serve the Greater Louisville market that would incorporate both the latest technology in the industry and the personal customer service to which they had become accustomed, but also a closing environment that was more relaxed and enjoyable for all of the parties involved at the table.  That vision led him to create Rounsavall Title Group, which has grown into a market leader in both Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

Our collective years of experience have given us an intricate knowledge of not only conventional loan closings, but also FHA and VA loans, land contract purchases, short sale negotiations, and relocation closings as well.
