Adjustments to call queues and most other issues are just as easy. Business Hours for non-critical support are 8:00am to 5:00pm Central time. Support is available for critical issues 24x7. System Training Post install training will include: Placing and Receiving telephone calls, initial voicemail setup and navigation and Web Portal access. Advanced features such as Call Transfer, Call Forward, Park and Page, and Intercom use is also included.
