RBT was formed to focus specifically on building/facility automation and specializes in applying industrial grade PLC and traditional DDC control systems to facility systems (HVAC, chillers, boilers, lighting, fire alarm, security, etc). RBT is part of the RoviSys Enterprise with 6 US offices, and 2 offices in each Europe and Asia. The RoviSys Enterprise was founded in 1989 and is fast approaching 1,000 employees. RBT is helping the building automation industry usher in the generation of open communication protocol systems, just as RoviSys did for the process control industry. Our goal is to help customers implement or upgrade to energy efficient systems with open communication protocols and configuration tools so that our clients can begin to take control of their facility systems themselves and not be dependent on BMS companies for all of their maintenance. RBT works in the industrial and commercial markets automating facility systems at both new construction sites and at existing facilities. We employ degreed engineers for construction management, project managment, and control system design, development, and deployment.
