Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ) is a two-year regional higher education institution formed in 2019 through the merger of Cumberland County College and Rowan College at Gloucester County. It operates on dual campuses in Sewell, New Jersey, and is sponsored by the boards of county commissioners for Cumberland and Gloucester Counties. The college enrolls nearly 8,000 students and offers more than 100 career and associate degree programs, and it is fully accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. RCSJ provides college and university transfer programs, career education, community services, and special assistance programs to broaden access to higher education. Its five-year strategic plan focuses on student success, leadership and service-learning, and economic and workforce development; in 2025 the college partnered with Living Proof Recovery Center to host Save a Life Day at the Gloucester Campus to connect community members with resources.
