My website advertises Roy & Associates, P.A. and attorney Dave K. Roy, Esq. for personal injury cases, divorce, DUI defense and foreclosure defense.  I have extensive experience in many areas of the law.  My background includes real estate matters, corporate formations, dependency, immigration and more.  

My law practice began by representing one man in particular.  I handled ALL of his legal needs in Florida.  Now, I have expanded my practice to represent the end-line consumer.  I seek to help those who have legal needs in the personal lives.  Rather than having my clients obtain several different lawyers to handle a situation, we offer those services in one place at Roy & Associates, P.A.  

For example, a person going through a divorce may also have additional needs such as foreclosure defense, bankruptcy and unfortunately, domestic violence defense.  In that situation, rather than hiring 4 separate lawyers, the lawyers at Roy & Associates, P.A. can handle all of the aforementioned legal problems in-house.  If our clients have a very specialized need, I will use my extensive contacts in the West Palm Beach area to make sure their legal needs are handled appropriately.
