Roy Metal Finishing, the largest electroplating in the Southeast, provides barrel and rack zinc and zinc alloy plating. In addition to zinc, zinc nickel, zinc iron and tin zinc, RMF offers heavy zinc phosphating, passivation, water soluble dipspin coatings, sorting and boxing. 
Established in 1961, RMF has grown steadily to a company with over 100 people working three shifts, five days a week.  

With the majority of our business in the automotive industry, we understand the need for high standards on plating quality, detailed performance documentation and flexible logistics to meet the needs of domestic and international automotive suppliers. In addition to serving the automotive industry, Roy Metal Finishing also serves the industrial and consumer products industries as well. 
As of 2008, our sales divided into the following industries: Automotive (75%), Consumer Goods (10%), Industrial Goods (15%). 

Over the past 5 years, RMF has focused on automating processes and chemical controls and introducing the latest in trivalent passivate and sealer/topcoat technology.  Most of the trivalent passivates and sealers are clear and black.  However, we also offer yellow, red and green dyes that are made with trivalent passivates.
