Ginger is a second generation native of Albemarle County, Virginia. Her family has raised cattle and crops on Albemarle farms, shown hunters & jumpers, help to found the Farmington Hunt Club, was active in polo and foxhunting. She went to the local private day schools in Charlottesville/Albemarle and helped her father build large commecial building for his 50 employee paper products manufacturing company in Albemarle which she also managed. Ginger and her husband, David, live on their 45-acre horse farm in NW Albemarle where they breed and train hunters, jumpers and foxhunters. Their older son, David Jr., owns his own heating and cooling company in Crozet, VA and has a son, Lincoln, who they adore! Their younger son, Morgan, is a freelance photographer in the New York and Washington, D.C. areas.
