Royal Aircraft Services provides aircraft structural repairs, modifications and painting services for general aviation and military customers. We are located at the Hagerstown Maryland Regional Airport (KHGR), outside the Washington D.C. SFRA, with a tower-controlled, 7000 x 150 ft ILS equipped runway. As a major damage repair center, we work closely with all insurance carriers, handling structural reconstruction and repairs, control surface rebuilding, and custom aircraft painting, including warranty aircraft repainting for OEM aircraft manufacturers. We are an FAA Certified Repair Station, CRSJZRR651K. Our DUNS number is 616140203 and we are registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR), CAGE Code 4FA89. We also handle custom sheet-metal fabrication work and airframe modifications for special-purpose military and civilian projects. Our painting facility is fully OSHA, MOSHA and EPA compliant. We are a "Green" facility and use only environmentally friendly biodegradable aircraft paint stripping products. The paint facility work-area measures 80X120, allowing us to handle aircraft such as the S-92 helicopter, Hawker 400XP or King Air 350.
