Royal Enfield is a motorcycle manufacturer and a division of Eicher Motors Limited. It specializes in mid-sized motorcycles with a distinctive modern-classic design, a segment it helped establish in India. The brand began producing motorcycles in 1901, making it the oldest continuously produced motorcycle brand. 

Three manufacturing facilities are based in Chennai, India, and the company operates two technical centers in India and the UK.
