The Royal Gorge Route Railroad is Colorado’s most breathtaking rolling restaurant, running daily up to four times each day through the spectacular Royal Gorge.We combine breathtaking scenery and exceptional service with delicious food, sourced locally and prepared fresh right on board the train for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We own several sister properties too, including the Royal Gorge Mansion, the Happy Endings Caboose Cafe and a new bed and breakfast (coming soon!).

We’re looking for people who are ready to truly love their job, work with amazing people, be surrounded by beauty and grow with us. From retail managers, to ticketing agents to bartenders, servers, maintenance staff and more, we are hiring full and part time positions.

Because we’re an independent Colorado company we’re nimble in our offerings and the service we provide our guests. We spend as much time as we feel necessary to train our staff about what a quality experience means from the guest’s point of view.

Nearly 300 team members work for the Royal Gorge Route Railroad, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade. We have a seasoned team of professional staff running every aspect of the business. Their job is to ensure each and every guest has an extraordinary experience by supporting our front-line team of servers, bartenders, train attendants, customer service agents and retail staff to deliver on our promise of a spectacular, memorable experience.
