RPI has been educating professionals since 1955. Born out of industry demand, RPI at Work connects the most motivated within organizations to test assumptions, expand inquiry, and measure applications through projects that advance the nature of one's work in as close to real time as possible. Learners access courses, software, learning materials, instructors and their peers in an online environment where they collaborate with each other through a learn-by-doing experience that’s available any time, anywhere they have access to bandwidth and a browser. RPI at Work understands that within the work place, more important than what you know - is what you DO with what you know. For this reason, courses follow our experiential model of instruction. Learners engage in tackling workplace challenges and interact with subject-matter-expert faculty to receive mentorship and guidance in order to develop mastery that improves their practice in meaningful ways.
