Ross, Sinclaire & Associates, LLC (RSA) is a full-service investment banking and securities brokerage firm dedicated to providing innovative strategies and superior client service.  RSA offers ready access and quick response to clients throughout the Midwest and South, with primary offices in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky.  Our diverse group of professionals is experienced in municipal finance, corporate finance, and institutional and retail sales and trading.  In addition, RSA has spent years developing a national network of relationships with institutional investors and retail brokers that help us facilitate our investment transactions.

Our Firm was founded in 1989 by Terrell Ross and Murray Sinclaire, Jr.  Sadly Mr. Ross passed away in October of 2006.  RSA is rooted in sound business and investment fundamentals, a strong commitment to personal service and the Firm’s team of innovative professionals.  The confidence and trust placed in RSA investment bankers and financial advisors springs directly from the highly competent, honest and direct dealings for which we are known.

The RSA investment banking team consists of a diverse group of individuals with broad experience in municipal and corporate finance.  RSA bankers work closely with our municipal and corporate clients to structure and fund a wide variety of complex transactions.  The Investment Banking team is dedicated to finding the lowest cost of financing for our municipal clients and our corporate clients.  Above all, our bankers are hands-on financial advisors to our clients.

Our clients know that RSA is actively involved in researching, developing, and offering investment products that are uniquely tuned to the sensitivities of the marketplace.
