Successful candidate will have proven record of accomplishments including design build, competitive bidding and technical construction experience. The ability to work on a wide range of projects including remodeling and building maintenance, tenant improvements and new construction and the ability to work patiently with a wide variety of business owners and nonprofit clients through every aspect of a project. BS degree in Construction Management or equivalent and 10 years of experience required. Our projects range from small tenant improvements to large ground up buildings.
