We were founded by a small group of enterprising rail employees out of the Eveleigh railway workshops in Sydney more than 130 years ago. Hardworking Australians who realised the value of coming together to protect the health and wellbeing of those closest to them. Today, we’d like to think we’re still making them proud. We merged with Australia’s largest not-for-profit fund, HCF, in November 2021. A bigger community – an opportunity for our members and people to get the same genuine care and support we’re renowned for – but with the backing of a larger fund. So, we proudly became Stronger Together. A new era, but the same purpose. Looking after the people who keep Australia moving.
