Rundeck by Pagerduty is the leading open source automation orchestration platform.  Rundeck is free, Apache V2 licensed software that can be downloaded at rundeck.com/downloads.  

There are two commercial distributions available with premium features and enterprise support: PagerDuty Runbook Automation (SaaS) and PagerDuty Process Automation (self-hosted software). Rundeck lets users standardize and automate IT procedures, delegate them as self-service, scheduled, and triggered processes.  It's easy to plug in the scripts you already have or create automation from what someone would type at the command line. Create workflows that span the different scripts, tools, APIs, and system commands to standardize operations tasks. Automate routine processes across development and production environments like provisioning, security, software updates / deployment, change configs, opening ports, and more.

Rundeck makes it easy to quickly build these processes with graphical definition of jobs. The plugin infrastructure makes it easy to incorporate infrastructure as nodes into a job definition, and APIs and automation as steps to execute on those nodes. Native secrets management or integrations with secrets management solutions allow for added security.  Rundeck also provides access control capabilities, and logging for projects and jobs.
