Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1978 and headquartered in West Sacramento, California. It provides training, technical and financial resources and advocacy to help rural communities achieve their goals. RCAC's work covers environmental infrastructure, affordable housing development, economic and leadership development, and community development finance, supporting communities across 13 western states and the Pacific islands.

Its services are targeted at communities with populations under 50,000, as well as other nonprofits, Tribal organizations, farmworkers, colonias and similar groups, addressing infrastructure, housing and economic development needs. In 2024 RCAC formed a collaboration with Economic Recovery Corps to revitalize rural Northern California.
