Rutland Plastics is one of the UK's leading Plastic injection moulders and the winner of The Processor of the Year 2021. For more than 65 years we have worked in close partnership with customers and suppliers across a diverse range of industries providing effective design and efficient manufacturing solutions.  During that time, we have built up an enviable reputation for technical know-how, quality and reliability.  

We have over 30 moulding machines on-site in Oakham, Rutland, ranging from 50T to 1700T and we can produce plastic parts from 1g up to 45kg and up to 1.5m in size.  We offer a full range of services from design for manufacture, prototyping, mould tool making, plastic part production, machining, assembly and warehousing.

Today our modern facilities and technical teams embody the company's evolutionary vision and subsequent growth, while traditional values are the mainstay of our customer-centric partnerships.  Rutland Plastics is still a family-run business, now with the third generation in charge.  

We manage our production processes with careful concern for the environment and can demonstrate our commitment through our self-funded programme which includes, amongst other things, a 250kW solar installation on our warehouse roof, all of our purchased electricity is through the REGO scheme and membership of Made in Britain Green Growth Programme.
