Rx Biosciences, LLC, based in Maryland, USA, has been providing contract research services to pharmaceutical companies engaged in the discovery of recombinant antibodies/drug targets utilizing yeast, phage, mRNA, and ribosome display platforms for over 20 years. Starting from the construction of mini-gene, scFv, Fab, nanobody, and cDNA libraries, Rx Biosciences performs the screening using cutting-edge techniques such as flow cytometry, cell sorting by FACS followed by NGS on Illumina MiSeq platform. Lead candidate proteins are expressed & purified by FPLC/HPLC.  Further in vitro and in vivo validation for binding is performed by Biacore and mammalian cell culture in a BSL 2 facility respectively. We perform advanced studies for the stability and protein structure determination by circular dichroism, and NMR. We offer additional services including deep mutational sequencing, antibody affinity maturation & class-switching, and protein purification from prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems.
