Ryman, it has been designated a National Historic Landmark and is considered a core landmark in country music. The venue hosts more than 200 shows a year and offers daytime tours year-round. It is owned by Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc., a Nashville-based REIT that also owns the Grand Ole Opry, WSM, and Ole Red, situating it within a broader entertainment ecosystem. The venue has a long cultural footprint, having served as the Grand Ole Opry’s home in the mid-20th century and continuing to appear in films and TV projects; in 2025 it added a George Jones statue to its Icon Walk, illustrating ongoing ties to music history.
