Magnis also has a minority stake in leading edge lithium-ion battery technology firm C4V in the US which is an intellectual property company with several composition of matter patents related to lithium-ion battery chemistries as well as value chain solutions for Lithium-ion battery manufacturing. Magnis has exclusively licensed C4V's anode technology to produce high quality, high performance anode materials from their Nachu Graphite project in Tanzania.
