The Sachs Foundation is a small- to mid-sized nonprofit based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, operating in the philanthropic fundraising space. It focuses on advancing racial equity for Black communities in Colorado through educational and community programs, supporting roughly 200 scholars each year who attend more than 80 institutions across the United States. The foundation also runs the Elevated Program, which provides mentoring and community assistance to Black high school students from the Pikes Peak and Denver regions.

Founded by Henry Sachs, the organization was incorporated as a Colorado nonprofit in 1931. It has a history of collaboration with educational partners, including a longstanding relationship with Teach For America Colorado. In March 2026, the foundation announced that Clint Smith will join as its inaugural Sachs Fellow, beginning April 1, 2026.
